Stage A
Initial Desk Screening & Integrity Check
Upon digital submission, the editorial team scans the document structure for strict guideline alignment. Manuscripts are evaluated for raw page formatting constraints, file accessibility, graphic resolutions, and run through mandatory anti-plagiarism verification indexes.
Stage B
Double-Blind Peer Review Board
Approved drafts are anonymized and cross-assigned to two specialized subject experts selected directly from the ASRB/ARS domain matching matrix. Reviewers evaluate the scientific methodology, empirical data validity, environmental regional impacts, and crop calculations.
Stage C
Editorial Arbitration Decision
Based on reviewer score metrics, the Editor-in-Chief executes one of three definitive determinations: (1) Straightforward Acceptance, (2) Conditional Revision Required (Minor/Major corrections), or (3) Complete Rejection based on foundational technical flaws.
Stage D
Author Revision & Proofing Loop
If revisions are requested, the manuscript is returned to the corresponding author along with aggregated anonymous expert notes. The author applies necessary corrections and uploads a revised version with a data adjustment tracking sheet.
Stage E
Digital Production & Live Indexing
Accepted clean assets move into typesetting, digital formatting adjustment, metadata tagging (such as active cross-referencing and ISSN alignments), and receive individual page allocations within the current open dynamic monthly e-magazine shell framework.
Post-Acceptance Rights & Policy
Once a manuscript finishes the final live production loop, the corresponding authors receive a verified notification email enclosing individual high-resolution print PDF versions of their work complete with official publication cover banners. All indexed items fall under open-access repository guidelines, making them fully queryable by student bodies, agricultural extension specialists, and research institutions worldwide.
